The Board of Commissioners of Liberty Lake Sewer & Water District has the legal authority, as established by Washington State law, to determine fees and set rates.

STORMWATER DRAINAGE FOR RESIDENTIAL HOMES WITHIN THE WATERSHED OF LIBERTY LAKE:

Stormwater Drainage Plan Review*	$390
Stormwater Drainage Bank Assignment (Returned upon project completion)	$3000

*Covers the initial plan review and a check of the final plan, three site drainage inspections (rough, preliminary-final and final), and stormwater barrier (silt fence) installation. All additional reviews to be billed to the developer/customer at actual cost plus tax.
